Decisions were adopted and recommendations made for the government regulation rules for Shardara reservoir and Koksarai counter controller;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Analytical report on deterioration of several water quality parameters in the Syrdarya river in the section from Shymkent to Kyzylorda on the territory of Kazakhstan was presented and discussed;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">A proposal was made to extend the territory of Barsakelmes reserve to the mouth of Syrdarya River and to bann fishing in specific areas, followed by some other important issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">On the 3 March the participants were invited for a field trip to Kyzylorda water facilities\u00a0and local museum for hydro engineering.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>XVIII meeting of the Aral-Syrdarya Basin Council is to take place on 2 and 3 March 2017 in Kyzylorda.
