{"id":3413,"date":"2017-04-10T10:28:44","date_gmt":"2017-04-10T04:28:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archive.greencentralasia.org\/?p=3413"},"modified":"2017-08-23T09:50:15","modified_gmt":"2017-08-23T03:50:15","slug":"english-steering-committee-meeting-for-the-eu-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.greencentralasia.org\/en\/2017\/04\/10\/english-steering-committee-meeting-for-the-eu-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Steering Committee Meeting for the EU Programme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">On March 30, the Steering Committee of the Programme on W<span class=\"highlightNode\">ater Governance in Uzbekistan<\/span> met for the first time in Tashkent with participation of high-ranking representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources, the EU Delegation, and the Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH as well as the members of the National Working Group representing all water-related national organisations and the Heads of the Basin Irrigation Systems Administ<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">rations of the six programme pilot regions (Andijan, Fergana, Namangan, Syrdarya, Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya). The Programme\u2019s partners \u2013 International Water Management Institute (IWMI), the Italian Council for Economy in Agriculture (CREA) and the Austrian Environment Agency (Umweltbundesamt \u2013 UBA) reported on their contributions to the programme.
